Anatolian Balloons is approved by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority since 2006.
We own and operate 10+ balloons, each carrying our company design and designated entirely for passenger carrying use. We have the capacity to carry 200+ passengers at the same time, which makes us one of the largest operators of our kind in the world. To deserve and keep this title, we constantly review all of our procedures and training.
Anatolian Balloons has been awarded with an ISO 9001-2008 Quality Certificate, and this is the first time happens in this sector.
Our pilots, crew and office staff are fully qualified and highly experienced, and they are from Turkey. All have many years of experience.

We spare no expense in the purchase our balloons to operate Cappadocia Balloon Rides. We work with two of the world’s most prestigious balloon manufacturers: Lindstrand Balloons in the UK and Ultramagic Balloons from Spain. Our baskets are designed for VIP use and all of our balloons incorporate the latest EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) design and safety features.
Our pilots and ground staff are fully qualified and highly experienced, and they are from Turkey. All have many years of experience behind them, some with a career spanning 20 years.

OUR TEAM
Our Pilots and Ground Staff are fully qualified and highly experienced, and they are from Turkey. They all have Catgory A & B Commercial Balloon Pilot Licenses to fly all kinds and sizes of balloons according to ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organization) and DGCA (Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation). All have many years of experience behind them, some with a career spanning 12 years in countries as diverse as Russia, Sri Lanka.
Our Ground Crew Members have Balloon Crew Licenses to ensure a professional team work.
INSURANCE
We are fully insured by Anadolu Sigorta (Insurance) and carry a maximum combined insurance limit of between €2.5 and €8 million, depending on the size and capacity of the balloon.
